WE OPEN THE PRODUCT LIVE
All personal breaks are streamed live from our YouTube channel. If you can't watch live, the video can be watched later on our channel in re-live. All videos will be published on our YouTube channel. We will share big hits on our social media channels. By request we can also tag you in our post. By purchasing a Personal Break, you automatically agree to this publication. Your personal data will not be published for data protection reasons.

CONTENTS OF THE PRODUCTS
We have no idea what's inside a Trading Card Box. Therefore, it is possible that you will not land a hit. The manufacturers are responsible for the contents of the boxes.

SHIPMENT
After the break, all your cards will be shipped to you immediately. Depending on the value of the individual cards, they are packed and shipped in protective card sleeves, top loaders, or magnet holders.

REFUNDS
ORDERS CAN BE CANCELED FREE OF CHARGE UP TO ONE DAY BEFORE THE BREAK. AFTER THAT, CANCELLATION IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE. RETURNS ARE EXCLUDED - A PERSONAL BREAK PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED!
