Toploaders – rigid protection for standard and thick cards
Toploaders are among the most important tools in the trading-card hobby. Combined with the right sleeve, they give rookies, parallels, autographs and memorabilia cards a rigid shell and protect corners and edges during storage or shipping.
35, 55, 100, 130 point and other card thicknesses
Standard cards usually fit 35-point toploaders, but chrome cards, relics and patches can be much thicker. Dedicated sizes include 55, 75, 100, 130, 180 point and more. Oversized, tobacco, booklet and graded-card formats also need specific solutions. Always place the card in a suitable sleeve first and slide it into the toploader without pressure.
Protection needs to fit the actual card. Standard dimensions, thickness, surface sensitivity and preferred presentation determine whether a sleeve, toploader, one-touch, binder page, storage box or display is the right solution.
Choose the smallest toploader in which the sleeved card sits safely and without tension. Too much space allows movement, while a holder that is too tight can damage edges or the surface.
