Shipping & Payment Conditions
Shipping
All orders will be dispatched via our logistics partners DHL or UPS from Germany. All shipments are insured and will be sent with tracking information. Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours of payment, unless a longer delivery time is mentioned on the product page.
Please note that DHL often uses local shipping carriers to deliver their parcels outside of Germany. Tracking information will be send via email.
Your personal shipping rate will be calculated during the check-out process. You can also check your shipping costs directly in the shopping basket.
Please note: Import duties, taxes and charges for shipment to Non-EU counties are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Express Shipping:
Express shipments will be dispatched from Monday through Friday using the UPS Express Saver option. 24-hour delivery in most of the EU. 48-72 delivery worldwide. You can check the transit times on the UPS web site.
Orders may be returned within 30 days without giving any reason. All returns must be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Payment
PayPal
We accept PayPal as our preffered payment provider for international orders.
Credit Card
MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit card payment via the Stripe service.
European Standard Bank Transfer (SEPA)
We accept direct payments to our bank account from the member states of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA).
SOFORT by Klarna:
We accept payments through the SOFORT service for select countries.

Apple Pay:
You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device.
